My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spacious and comfortable, accommodating all of us perfectly. The central meeting area near the gondola was a great spot for gatherings. However, some service staff seemed inexperienced but the gentleman who fixed the wooden panel was incredibly helpful. The location in Creekside Village was peaceful, yet with easy access to activities and dining options. The dining experience at the Southside Deli was lacking, especially considering the distance outside Whistler.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spacious and clean with a lovely view from the private deck, perfect for two couples. The service, while helpful with activity suggestions, had a minor issue with a wooden panel, but the staff was very respectful and accommodating. The location was great, right at the gondola loading point and away from the noise of Whistler Village, with fantastic amenities for a ski holiday. However, the dining experience was poor at the nearby Southside Deli, and the private hot tub area was restricted to owners only.
